Deiva Thirumagan Movie - an another milestone for Chiyan Vikram

Every morning people will be very busy. Everyone will be busy to get ready for office, college or school. Like that today morning i was ironing my shirt pants. In our room we people will watch at all the time. TV will be switch on for till we all left the room. Today(05-04-2011) is the first time i saw the Deiva Thirumagan Trailer. While ironing my shirt, in TV i just saw they are showing some guy with mentally disabled. When i took a look it was Vikram and i was surprised. Its a new movie for Vikram. I am a fan of Vikram and i am happy to  see his next film on the screen.  After a long time Vikram's movie is hitting the screen. The movie name is Deiva Thirumagan. This movie will be an another milestone for Vikram. Always Vikram rocks in his performance. Last two films was not satisfied his audience in entertainment. Chennai Roads on IND VS PAK Semi-Finals.

I got this message to my mail. I am sharing this to all the people.

Hello happy Cricket fans!!!

When India was taking on Pakistan at World cup Semi-Final at Mohali on 30 March 2011, the entire India was glued to the television sets. The emotions were very high ranging from nervousness, pressure, agony, ecstasy, anguish, desperation, worry, despondency, hope, etc. Pakistan went ahead and declared national holiday. In India, although some of the corporate declared holiday but many of them were still functioning with a bigscreen set up in the middle of the office. Those poor fellows who didn’t receive such a courtesy, declared holiday for themselves!!!

Chennai too was not far behind. On the match hours, the streets were completely BLANK!!!!

The shops were empty; buses were empty; malls were empty; theatres were empty; streets were empty; why even the TASMAC was not having their regular sales!!!!

This is the day the nation took a break from regular miseries and enjoyed the victory!!!

On that extraordinary, uncommon, unusual evening, - between 6.30 p.m. and 8.00 p.m. - I took a visit along some of the EVER CROWDY streets of Chennai like Usman road, Ranganathan street, Panagal park, Mount road, Nungambakkam High road, Kodambakkam high road and captured the EMPTINESS!!!!

How many times have you seen Ranaganathna street, at Pothys, at Saravana stores – there is not more than 10% of space occupied by customers!!!! Even for them it must have been a lifetime experience!!!!

தமிழக அரசு தனது வரி வருவாயில் கிடைக்கும் தொகையை இலவச திட்டங்களுக்கு செலவிடுவதால், தொலைநோக்கு திட்டங்களுக்கு கடன் பெற்றே செலவிட வேண்டியுள்ளது. இதனால், இந்த ஆண்டு தமிழக அரசின் கடன் சுமை, ஒரு லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாயை தாண்டியுள்ளது. தமிழக அரசின் கடன், 2009 மார்ச் 31 வரை, 74 ஆயிரத்து 858 கோடி ரூபாயாக இருந்தது. இது, கடந்த ஆண்டு, 89 ஆயிரத்து 149 கோடி ரூபாயாக உயர்ந்தது. இந்த நிதியாண்டில், மேலும், 12 ஆயிரத்து 479 கோடி ரூபாய் கடன் பெற்றுள்ளதாக முதல்வர் கருணாநிதி தெரிவித்துள்ளார். எனவே, கடன் சுமை ஒரு லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாயை தாண்டியுள்ளது.மாநில அரசுகளின் மொத்த கடன் அளவு, அந்த மாநிலத்தின் மொத்த உற்பத்தி மதிப்பில், 25 சதவீதத்துக்கு குறைவாக இருக்க வேண்டுமென மத்திய அரசு நிர்ணயம் செய்துள்ளதால், தமிழக அரசு அதற்கு உட்பட்டே இருப்பதாக கூறிக் கொள்கிறது.ஆனால், தமிழக அரசுக்கு பல்வேறு விதங்களில் வரும் வரி வருவாயை, சமூக பாதுகாப்பு மற்றும் தொலைநோக்கு திட்டங்களுக்கு செலவிடாமல், இலவச திட்டங்களுக்கு செலவிடுவதாக, நிதித்துறை வல்லுனர்கள் கூறுகின்றனர். மதுவிலக்கு ஆயத்தீர்வை மூலம் வருவாய், 7,508 கோடி ரூபாய், பெட்ரோல் விற்பனை வரி மூலம், 6,000 கோடி ரூபாய் உள்பட வணிகவரி வசூல், 26 ஆயிரத்து 851 கோடி ரூபாய், முத்திரைத் தாள் மற்றும் பதிவுக் கட்டணம் மூலம் 4,096 கோடி ரூபாய், மோட்டார் வாகன வரிகள் மூலம், 2,400 கோடி ரூபாய் என, மாநிலத்தின் சொந்த வரி வருவாய், 41 ஆயிரத்து 438 கோடியாக மதிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.இதுதவிர, வரி அல்லாத வருவாய் 4,101 கோடியாகும். மத்திய அரசு பகிர்ந்து அளிக்கும் வரி வருவாயில், தமிழக அரசின் பங்கை, 5.305 சதவீதத்தில் இருந்து, 4.969 சதவீதமாக குறைத்துள்ளது. இதன்படி, 10 ஆயிரத்து 401 கோடி ரூபாய் கிடைக்கும். இதுதவிர, மத்திய அரசிடம் இருந்து திட்டங்களுக்காக பெறும் மானியம் 7,150 கோடி ரூபாய்.மாநில அரசின் வரி வருவாயில் சம்பளங்கள் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியம் போன்றவற்றுக்காக 78 சதவீதம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. மாநிலத்தின் மொத்த வருவாயில், 51 சதவீதம் இதற்காக செலவிடப்படுகிறது. எனினும், வருவாயை பொறுத்தவரை அனைத்து வகையிலும் ஆண்டுக்கு, 15 சதவீதம் வளர்ச்சி இருக்கும் என கணக்கிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. இவ்வாறு வருவாய் இருந்தும், செலவுகள் போக மீதத் தொகையை இலவச காஸ், சைக்கிள், ஒரு ரூபாய்க்கு அரிசி, வேட்டி - சேலை, இலவச மின்சாரம், பொங்கல் பரிசுப் பொருள், "டிவி' என, அரசு செலவிடுகிறது. குறிப்பாக, உணவு மானியமாக மட்டும், 4,000 கோடி ரூபாயை அரசு செலவிடுகிறது. இதன் காரணமாகவே, மெட்ரோ ரயில், ஒகேனக்கல் கூட்டுக் குடிநீர் திட்டம் உள்பட பெரும்பாலான திட்டங்களை கடன் பெற்றே அரசு செலவிடுகிறது. இதனால், கடன் சுமை மற்றும் நிதிச்சுமை அரசுக்கு ஆண்டுக்கு, ஆண்டு அதிகரித்து வருகிறது. திருப்பிச் செலுத்தும் அளவும் குறைந்து வருகிறது. நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறை ஆண்டுக்கு ஆண்டு அதிகரித்து வருவதால், அதை சமாளிக்க, மேலும், மேலும் கடன் பெற வேண்டியுள்ளது. மாநிலத்தின் மொத்த உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியில் 3 சதவீதத்துக்கு உள்ளாகவே நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறை இருக்க வேண்டுமென மத்திய அரசு வலியுறுத்தியுள்ளது. இந்நிலையில், கடந்த ஆண்டு பொருளாதார வீழ்ச்சி காரணமாக, நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறையை 4 சதவீதம் வரை வைத்துக் கொள்ளலாம் என, மத்திய அரசு அனுமதித்ததால், தமிழக அரசின் நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறை, 3.72 சதவீதமாக உயர்ந்தது.தமிழக அரசின் மாநில திட்டக்குழு வகுத்துள்ள, 11வது ஐந்தாண்டு திட்டத்தின் காலம், வரும் நிதியாண்டுடன் முடிகிறது. இந்த காலத்துக்குள் நிதிப் பற்றாக்குறையை குறைக்க இலக்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தது. ஆனால், இதுவரை அந்த இலக்கை எட்ட முயற்சிகள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவில்லை. மாநிலத்தின் ஐந்தாண்டு திட்டக் காலத்துக்குள், ஆண்டுக்கு 9 சதவீத, மொத்த மாநில உள்நாட்டு உற்பத்தியில் வளர்ச்சி பெறுதல், வேளாண்மையிலும் அதன் துணை நடவடிக்கைகளிலும் ஆண்டுக்கு குறைந்தளவு, 4 சதவீத வளர்ச்சி பெறுதல், தொழில்துறையில் ஆண்டுக்கு, 9.2 சதவீத வளர்ச்சி பெறுதல், பணித் துறையில் ஆண்டுக்கு 10.1 சதவீத வளர்ச்சி பெறுதல், 20 லட்சம் கூடுதல் வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்குதல் போன்ற இலக்குகள் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டிருந்தன.இந்த இலக்குகள் ஐந்தாண்டு திட்டத்தின் நான்காவது ஆண்டான இந்த நிதியாண்டு வரை எட்டப்படவில்லை. அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட திட்டங்கள்என்ன ஆச்சு? கடந்தாண்டு பட்ஜெட்டில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட பல்வேறு திட்டங்கள் இன்னும் துவக்கப்படவே இல்லை. பல திட்டங்கள் ஆரம்ப நிலையில் உள்ளன.

தமிழக அரசு, இந்த நிதியாண்டுக்கான பட்ஜெட்டை, கடந்த மார்ச் 19ம் தேதி தாக்கல் செய்தது. இதில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு, நிறைவேற்றப்படாமல் உள்ள முக்கிய திட்டங்கள் வருமாறு:

 * நவீன முறையில் தூய்மையாகவும், துரிதமாகவும் பாலை பதப்படுத்தவும், மதிப்பு கூட்டப்பட்ட பால் பொருட்களை உற்பத்தி செய்யவும், கோவை ஆவின் நிறுவனம், 27 கோடிரூபாயில், தேசிய கூட்டுறவு வளர்ச்சி நிறுவனத்தின் உதவியோடு நவீனப்படுத்தப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால், இதுவரை இதற்கான பணிகள் துவக்கப்படவில்லை. 

* தஞ்சை, நாகை மற்றும் கடலூர் மாவட்டங்கள் பயனடையும் வகையில், கொள்ளிடம் வெள்ளத் தடுப்புத் திட்டம், 376 கோடியிலும், கடலூர் மற்றும் விழுப்புரம் மாவட்டங்களில், வெள்ளாறு வெள்ளத் தடுப்புத் திட்டம், 164 கோடியிலும், கடலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் பெண்ணையாறு வெள்ளத் தடுப்புத் திட்டம், 69 கோடி ரூபாயிலும் என, மொத்தம், 609 கோடி ரூபாயில் புதிய திட்டங்கள் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால், இதே போன்ற அறிவிப்பு, இந்த ஆண்டு கவர்னர் உரையிலும் இடம்பெற்றுள்ளது. பணிகள் துவக்கப்படவில்லை.

 * இலங்கை தமிழர் அகதிகள் முகாம்களில் அடிப்படை வசதிகளை மேம்படுத்தவும், வீடுகள் கட்டிக் கொடுக்கவும், 100 கோடி ரூபாய் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டு, பணிகள் மந்த கதியில் நடந்து> வருகின்றன. 

* மாணவர்களின் ஆங்கில அறிவை மேம்படுத்த, அரசு மற்றும் அரசு உதவி பெறும் பள்ளிளில் படிக்கும், 10 லட்சம் ஒன்பதாம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களுக்கு, இலவசமாக, "ஆங்கிலம் - ஆங்கிலம் - தமிழ் அகராதி', வரும் கல்வியாண்டில் இருந்து ஆண்டுக்கு, 10 கோடி ரூபாய் செலவில் வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்து. ஆனால், இதுவரை ஒரு மாணவருக்கு கூட வழங்கவில்லை.

 * மத்திய அரசின் நிதி உதவியுடன் நான்கு புதிய அரசு கலை மற்றும் அறிவியல் கல்லூரிகள் புதுக்கோட்டை, தேனி, திருவண்ணாமலை மற்றும் விழுப்புரம் மாவட்டங்களில் துவக்கப்படும். மத்திய அரசு நிதி உதவியுடன், ஏழு புதிய பாலிடெக்னிக் கல்லூரிகள் வரும் கல்வியாண்டில் துவக்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால், ஒரு பாலிடெக்னிக் கூட புதிதாக துவக்கப்படவில்லை. 

* திருவண்ணாமலையில், ஒரு புதிய அரசு மருத்துவக் கல்லூரி அமைக்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இதுவரை இதற்கான கட்டுமானப் பணிகளை துவக்கவில்லை.

* வரும் நிதியாண்டில், தமிழக மின்வாரியம், மத்திய அரசின் பொதுத் துறை நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் கூட்டு முயற்சி திட்டங்கள் மூலம், 1,400 மெகாவாட் மின் உற்பத்தித் திறன் கூடுதலாக நிறுவப்படும் என வழக்கம் போல அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. ஆனால், புதிதாக மின் உற்பத்தித் திட்டங்கள் ஏதும் செயல்பாட்டுக்கு வரவில்லை. 

* வேலூர் மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள நகர்ப் பகுதிகளுக்கு, குடிநீர் வழங்கும் திட்டம், 1,800 கோடி ரூபாயில், வரும் நிதியாண்டில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. இதற்காக அடிக்கல் நாட்டியதோடு சரி. பணிகள் துவக்கப்படவில்லை. 

* யானைக்கால் நோயால் கடுமையாக பாதிக்கப்பட்டு, கால், கை போன்றவற்றை பயன்படுத்தவே முடியாத அளவுக்கு பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளவர்களுக்கு மாத உதவித் தொகையாக, 400 ரூபாய் வழங்கப்படும் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது. அவ்வாறு வழங்கும் பணி ஏதும் துவக்கப்படவில்லை.இதேபோல, கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளில் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட பல்வேறு திட்டங்களின் தற்போதைய நிலை குறித்து, தமிழக அரசு தான் தெளிவுபடுத்த வேண்டும்.

On March 11^th, Friday Japan was hit by one of the largest earthquakes ever recorded. The magnitude-9.0 quake spawned a deadly tsunami that slammed into the nation's east coast, leaving a huge swath of devastation in its wake.

The devastation in Japan is simply horrific. The death toll is rising by the hour. Tens of thousands remain missing, more than 450,000 people have been displaced, and millions lack access to food, water, electricity, and medicine.

And as rescue and relief workers struggle to operate around the clock, Japan must also contend with partial meltdowns and the escalating risk of an even worse catastrophe at several nuclear reactors.

Men are more willing to sacrifice in the Romantic relationship

The notion that women are the ones that think with their hearts and not their heads when in love has just been busted with the finding that men are the ones who are more willing to sacrifice achievement goals for a romantic relationship.

The finding is based on a study by Catherine Mosher of Duke Medical Center and Sharon Danoff-Burg from the University of Albany.

As a part of their study the two researchers analyzed 237 undergraduate students 80 men and 157 women aged 16 to 25 years to check whether personality traits influence students' life goals. They focused on the relative importance of romantic relationships and achievement goals in particular.

This involved them looking at 'agency', or the focus on oneself and the formation of separations, including self-assertion, self-protection, and self-direction, as well as 'communion', or the focus on other people and relationships, which involves group participation, cooperation and formation of attachments.

They found that in general, women tend to score higher on measures of communion whereas men tend to score higher than women on measures of agency.

This means that men were more likely than women to give priority to a romantic relationship when asked to choose between a relationship and their career, education and traveling.

The authors suggest that college women in this study may have been strongly committed to working towards a successful career and therefore hesitant to abandon their goals for a romantic relationship.

In contrast to women, men also appear to derive more emotional support from their opposite-sex relationships than their same-sex friendships.
